In the current lineup of drop-in classes, bendy straws and their human admirers can choose from energy-ramping Power Flow yoga (Wednesday nights 6 p.m.–7 p.m.), early-morning Sunrise yoga with solar headstands (Wednesday mornings 6 a.m.–7 a.m.), Hatha or Ashtanga classes, and Fun Flow, which sets poses to music.
