Wielding their own environmentally friendly cleaning products and ninja stars made of suds, maid pairs embark on two-hour general cleanings that include washing hardwood floors, vacuuming, and sweeping. After dusting duties, the crew also sanitizes all bathroom, bedroom, living room, and kitchen surfaces, including the washing and wiping down of mirrors, countertops, windows, and light fixtures. Maids come equipped with all supplies including a vacuum, but homeowners are free to leave out any specialty desired cleaners or written warnings to future grime on the day of service. Hop to It Maids’ home de-grimers, while thorough and detail-oriented, also welcome the presence of pets and children. Due to the staff’s high cleaning standards, move-out cleans require a minimum of three hours. Staff can clean additional bathrooms beyond those included in each two-hour session for a $10 fee.
