Rabbit Hill Snow Resort embraces downhill enthusiasts all year long with 40 acres of fluffy white terrain and sporting runs that stretch up to a mile. In the facility’s three terrain parks—River Run Park, Route 27 Park, and Main Park—skiers and snowboarders carve up flat boxes, wide tubes, jumps reaching heights of 20 feet, and rainbow rails arching to inconvenienced leprechauns. The mountain boasts a 300-foot vertical drop with eleven trails and eight lifts, including four surface lifts and two T-bars. Ideal for snow-carvers of all levels, 60 per cent of the frosty hill’s trails are reserved for beginners and 10 per cent for advanced whooshers. During a day jaunting up the mountain and slaloming or somersaulting down it, skiers can pop into the cafeteria at its base and rent equipment or lockers at their leisure.
