      If you purchased the deal on SwarmJam, there should be detailed instructions on the voucher that will give you step by step instructions on how to redeem the item. I unfortunately did not buy this particular deal so I don’t know the details. I would assume the voucher would give you a URL website where you can enter your redemption code to redeem the item.

      Your best bet is to take a closer look at your SwarmJam voucher and see if there are instructions. If there aren’t any, you can contact SwarmJam’s or InsaneBuyer’s customer support for assistance.
