Wellness Within began as a small office with one massage therapist and one massage room. It rapidly grew into an alternative health clinic that includes yoga classes, an organic spa, a college of massage and wellness, and a boutique. Softly lit private treatment rooms host massages and acupuncture, and an infrared sauna helps relieve aches and stress. A sextet of instructors hosts nine classes, such as Mom and Baby yoga, as well as a kids’ yoga camp where youth mix quiet time with games and stretching exercises.
Wellness Within’s boutique is located in the lobby, like the least frequently used hotel bathtubs. Bracelets dangle from dishes atop wooden tables, necklaces hang off branches on a tree, and shiny teapots glisten in navy, bright green, orange, and white.
