  • $39 for three months of weekly Tai Chi classes (a $196 value)
  • $39 for three months of weekly Ba Gua Zhang classes (a $196 value)

During Tai Chi classes, students of all levels glide slowly through various postures, focusing the mind and body on the physical meditation. Ba Gua Zhang classes places an emphasis on whole body strength and circular motions, maintaining more of a martial arts focus than Tai Chi. Students choose one class and attend the same class each week for three consecutive months.

William Aarvo Tucker has practiced Tai Chi for more than three decades. He trained under Liu Hsi-heng in Taiwan for 15 years before starting a school in England and eventually making his way to Canada to open Gravity & Grace. He teaches Ba Gua, Tai Chi, and Yang style Tai Chi, each characterized by slow, intentional movements which create a kinetic meditation. The exercise is gentle but challenging, and aims to help develop flexibility, strength, and ability to convincingly move in slow motion.
