The flexible instructor at Calming the Ocean, which operates out of Healing Connections, teaches Shivago to eager students who wish to tighten the abdomen, core, and back, which will result in a healthy range of motion and overall strength gain in important ligaments and tendons. Shivago classes are catered to everyone, from the inexperienced all the way to the yogi who eats, sleeps, and breathes this tensile yet calming practice. All Shivago yoga classes take place in the upper part of the Healing Connections centre and run 6:15-7:15am in June (with evening classes just added) and a full schedule (morning, afternoon, and evening) in July and August. Here, visitors will find a wealth of knowledge, which has entrapped itself in the heads of the professional and courteous Calming the Ocean staff who will work endlessly to ensure a pleasurable experience.
