I do not recommend this place. This is by far not the high class salon they set out to be in the description. Terrible service, almost unprofessional.I usually do not wright reviews, but this lady made me cry, it was that bad.
I did get this deal. All i needed is to trim my hair, i even said no to highlights. Lady literally ” chopped” my hair, accidentally slid her scissors and cut chunk of my hair almost at the roots. Did not follow my cut, and i walked out like it was 1998 again. Did not use a single product, besides shampoo. Did not style it either after blow drying it and making it freeze. And on top of this, she told me i need to pay extra $28. I asked her what for? i was gonna leave a tip and all but i did not expect taxes and graditute to be this high for a trim and a chop. That’s not even coloring my hair. Then, she said, ok then its $18.
Bottom line, for the price you would pay for this, you might as well go to high class salon, at least they wont make you cry.
Never in my 51 years have I ever experienced such rude and unprofessional people. It was so bad I walked out with half a hair cut. I will be reporting them to BBB
I would give minus 5 stars for this place if I could…I have NEVER been so disgusted and disappointed with service as I was with this place. NOT worth your money – not even the little bit she is charging in the dealfind etc coupons. Go somewhere else.
