The launch of Mini Mango brings all that’s good and wonderful from its big sister resto into a sleek, 1000 square foot space with lower prices and a self-service format while keeping the same fresh, healthy and savoury meals. Take home some greats like Mango Salad - shredded mango, red onions, cucumbers, bell peppers and cilantro dressed with a tangy fish sauce vinaigrette topped with prawns and roasted peanuts; and Thai Red Curry - a savoury red pepper and coconut milk sauce with bamboo shoots, bell peppers, Kaffir lime leaves and basil with your choice of protein (chicken, beef or tofu).
